Any UK Mainland orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the same day for delivery from Monday, not Saturday (unless booked as Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday). Any order placed after 3pm will be prepared for despatch on Monday (Please check if your order is for excluded postcodes areas).
Alternatively, you can place and pay for your order and then arrange to either collect your goods in person, or arrange your courier to collect on your behalf from our Droitwich base between 9am – 1pm and 1:30pm – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Returns And Restocking Policy
Any concern or damage to your delivery must be reported to our customer services department within 24hrs of receipt of goods on +44 (0)1905 798123 or via email to email@example.com. Any goods received damaged must be signed for as damaged upon receipt. Plex cannot be held responsible for goods received damaged in transit and not signed for as such.
Any undamaged and resaleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the goods value. Returned items will not be accepted without prior notice to our customer services department who will advise you of our returns procedure.
