From 1st July 2021, all commercial goods imported into the EU will be subject to VAT. The VAT exemption at importation of small consignments of a value up to EUR 22 will be removed, these shipments will now be subject to VAT. The customs declaration will be provided by the carrier and all relevant duties and VAT are the responsibility of the customer at the prevailing local rates.
Brexit Update
Please note that due to the outcome of the Brexit arrangements, orders placed from the EU due for despatch in January may be subject to changes in shipping, documentation, and taxation. We are currently clarifying with our freight forwarders regarding the latest charges and a member of our customer service team will advise you of any amendments prior to shipping your consignment for delivery to Northern Ireland and within the EU.
Covid-19 Updates
We want to minimise risk to both our customers and staff, therefore our Trade and Collection Counter will be closed as of Monday 16th March 2020, with this closure being reviewed on a weekly basis. If you wish to place an order, please use the website or contact us on 01905 798123. Please also note that our cut-off time for orders requiring pallet delivery is now noon and last orders on Fridays has now changed to 2:30pm from 4:00pm, with a similar review being taken weekly.
Our couriers, DX Freight, have advised that if you do not wish to sign for delivery, drivers will sign on your behalf with CV (Coronavirus) in the signature field. There is still the opportunity for you to check your goods and confirm you’re happy with them – missing or damaged parcels cannot be reported at a later date.
Next Day Delivery
The vast majority of orders placed by 3pm using our standard service are delivered next working day. However if you need it guaranteed next day choose from pre-12 or pre-9:30am options. We also offer a Saturday AM delivery option. (Exceptions include orders to certain excluded postcode areas.)
! Due to the current industry situation with transportation of goods we cannot guarantee to meet Next Day delivery expectations. Please be aware that delivery times could be affected for Next Day and Royal Mail services.

- All UK orders placed by 3pm are processed for same day despatch.
- Orders placed after 3pm are processed the next working day.

Orders Placed on Fridays
Any UK Mainland orders placed before 3pm on a Friday will be despatched the same day for delivery from Monday, not Saturday (unless booked as Guaranteed Delivery on Saturday). Any order placed after 3pm will be prepared for despatch on Monday (Please check if your order is for excluded postcodes areas).
Collection
Alternatively, you can place and pay for your order and then arrange to either collect your goods in person, or arrange your courier to collect on your behalf from our Droitwich base between 9am – 1pm and 1:30pm – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Returns And Restocking Policy
Any concern or damage to your delivery must be reported to our customer services department within 24hrs of receipt of goods on +44 (0)1905 798123 or via email to customerservices@plexdisplay.com. Any goods received damaged must be signed for as damaged upon receipt. Plex cannot be held responsible for goods received damaged in transit and not signed for as such.
Any undamaged and resaleable goods that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the goods value. Returned items will not be accepted without prior notice to our customer services department who will advise you of our returns procedure.
